Limited production of our 2011 Pinotage…the second vintage off of our own Gilbert’s Vineyard. 100% varietal, our Pinotage has a lovely cherry bouquet that develops on the palate, complimented by silky tannin and round body. The 2011 vintage is more reminscent of a Burgundian Pinot Noir than of the Pinotage of South Africa. Terrific with game meats, poultry, and Thanksgiving fare.
