It’s back! Our nod to our UVA nostalgia, this year’s Rotunda Red is a blend of 53% Merlot, 27% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Pinotage. Aged entirely in stainless tanks with the exception of the Pinotage in Shay’s Cask, this is a monster of a wine, dark purple in color and big in structure. Decanting is recommended for as long as possible (24 hours if you can!) to allow this young wine to open up.
